Lamb Ears

100% Alberta lamb Ears are a great treat for dogs and puppies of all sizes, they are great for teeth cleaning for both small and large dogs. The unique shape and texture of the ear helps to promote dental health by scraping away plaque and tartar. The shape also makes them a great treat for stuffing to make them a longer lasting and satisfying your dog's natural urge to chew.

Lamb Ears are also a good source of omega-3 fatty acids to help promote healthy teeth, skin and coat, and a source of vitamin B, glucosamine, magnesium, zinc, and selenium.

Feeding Recommendations: 

As with all chews:

• Size matters: Ensure the bone or chew is larger than your dog's muzzle to prevent them from swallowing it whole or choking.

• Limit sessions: Restrict dense or hard chews to 15-20 minutes to avoid wearing down their teeth.

• Always watch your dog while they chew, and remove the bone if it splinters or gets small enough to swallow, and make sure there is always adequate fresh drinking water. 

If your puppy or dog is new to protein-rich chews, it is recommended to moderate consumption for the first 3-5 chews to avoid upset stomachs, no more than 1 per day is recommended.
