DISCLAIMER | Due to individual storage, handling, and feeding practices; Civilized K9 Ltd., it’s owners, partners, and/or employees, will not be held liable nor responsible for any products sold once they leave our care and custody.

We do not accept returns of any raw products once they have been sold as we do not know if they have been thawed and refrozen but will offer returns for spoiled or damaged products. Please email us at civilizedk9.info@gmail.com to make arrangements. We do not accept returns if your dog will not eat or does not like the product. Please keep that in mind when introducing a new product for the first time.
