SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
• Frozen raw quail eggs can be kept frozen for up to 12 months.
• The outer shell may crack during the freezing process, this is normal. Often the membrane will not break.
• Frozen raw quail eggs can be thawed in your refrigerator in a glass dish. Leaking during the thawing process may occur, this is normal.
• Once thawed, raw quail eggs can be safely stored in your refrigerator for up to 15 days.
